The Applied Energy-CEADs Summer Camp has been successfully held for two years, aiming to build an academic platform for young scholars and experts to exchange ideas and collaborate through course training, teamwork, and other activities.

In 2019, the summer camp has launched a new edition themed on urban sustainable development, focusing on the coupled relationship among urban environment, natural resources, and economic development. Working in groups, participants will study specific urban sustainability issues and explore in depth the coupling between environmental governance at the city scale, natural resource management, and economic development.
