Postdoctoral Researcher Recruitment for the Distinguished Research Group Project on "Atmospheric Composition Changes and Carbon Neutrality"

To address academic frontiers and major national strategic needs in the coordinated response to climate change and air pollution, the National Natural Science Foundation of China Distinguished Research Group Project (Category B) on "Atmospheric Composition Changes and Carbon Neutrality" is jointly recruiting 5-8 postdoctoral researchers.

Requirements
1. Strong research competence and teamwork awareness; proactive, rigorous, and practical working style; ability to conduct research independently;
2. A doctoral degree, or expected doctoral degree, in Earth system science, atmospheric science, environmental science, remote sensing science, artificial intelligence, management science, or related fields; no more than two years after doctoral graduation; under 35 years old;
3. Solid research foundation and strong academic writing skills in Chinese and English, with experience publishing papers as first author in international academic journals;
4. Commitment to full-time postdoctoral research.
Compensation and Benefits
Applicants may choose to join Tsinghua University, the University of Science and Technology of China, or the Chinese Academy of Meteorological Sciences, and may choose two or more supervisors from the project team for joint guidance. The team will provide excellent research conditions and stable research funding support for postdoctoral researchers, and will assist with applications for national research projects. On top of the host institution postdoctoral management policies, the team will offer highly competitive compensation and recommend applications for high-level postdoctoral programs such as Tsinghua University Shuimu Scholars and the University of Science and Technology of China Mozi Special Allowance. The application deadline for the Spring 2026 Tsinghua University Shuimu Scholars program is April 20, 2026. Details can be discussed individually.
